 5.11 Tactical 72-hour backpack
 LOVE LOVE LOVE the 5.11 Tactical 72-hour backpack from OCG. Mothers Day 2010, we packed jackets, changes of clothes for our kiddos (just in case..), basic emergency gear, and a picnic for 4 into this bag and went for a hike into the Jemez. The hydration slot is nice - but I didn't use it. Instead, I filled my 70 oz Camelbak bladder & zipped it into the right side pocket.!!! Amazing room in this pack! To think I can put a 2nd filled 70 oz bladder in the OTHER pocket just blows my mind. Anyway, I can't wait to see how this pack travels. Business trips this year, and Europe next. I plan to only use this awesome pack by 5.11 Tactical.
I actually put the camelbak bladder in the right side pocket & draped the hose over to the left side. worked perfectly!!! I couldn't believe it FIT in that pocket..! I'll have to get a 2nd bladder for the left side now - 70 oz was barely enough water for that short hike & a little hand washing. Loving this backpack already...!

 I ordered a sweet Cold Steel Voyager knife and my newest murse (man purse) a fatboy versipack from Maxpedition for EDC. First of all, I'm the type of guy who can stand for thirty minutes weighing the pros and cons of one mustard over another....I'm a pretty savvy shopper, so I KNOW I got the best deal out there. Period. I'm not cheap--I buy high quality--I just get a kick out of getting high quality for low price..... OlympicCampingGear fits this niche!
More impressive was the customer service, which felt more like family service. I grew up in a family-run business and this type of care is RARE these days. There was a discrepancy both with the knife picture and new prices. Sue contacted me to ensure I got EXACTLY what style and knife edge I wanted (for wannabe Rambo's like me, things like that actually matter), at the advertised lower price. More importantly, all dialogue was professional AND made me feel like I was buying from a real person who actually cared.

I Just wanted to let you know I had a very positive experience buying from you. Keep up the great customer service and low prices! I am sure I will be back.
I am using the Maxpedition Centurion Patrol Bag as an all-in-one transport solution as a professional musician. I load it up with my amp head, preamp, extension cord, cables, music books and papers, tuner, rosin, music stand (in the Velcro baton loops) and bass stand (on top of the bag, between and underneath the handles). There is still tons of room in the outside pockets for snacks, coffee thermos, water bottle, change of clothes, and anything else I might need. It has replaced using two bags to carry these things (they couldn't fit all that I can fit in this one bag). The pockets are great, not too big or too small, and the central padded, divided compartment is enormous. Now I just remove the stands, unzip the top and everything I need for a quick and easy set up (and take down) is right there! Packing is so much SIMPLER now with one bag and one main compartment for the stuff I need to set up. It is the perfect size to set on top of my speaker and roll around with the dolly. I couldn't be happier! The black is low profile and blends into the shadows in my car--it doesn't look flashy like "steal me".

 Cheness Tenchi katana (Heaven and Earth)
 I have received the package with tenchi today :) I am surprised how it was fast delivered :)
Katana doesnt look pretty as my previous katana, but it is definitely good cutter :)
I run out immediately in the forest and cut few heavy 3inch branches with ease, with one cut, even with one hand it was pretty comfortable.
That is because this tenchi is lighter and thinner then normal katana, but steel is amazing :)
Even with thinner blade there are no marks and damages on the blade after this test, and when I done that test with my previous katana it
bends and there were small chips on blade :(
