	SHIPPING POLICY FOR ALL PRODUCTS (EXCEPT PICNIC TIME and PICNIC AT ASCOT PRODUCTS) Shipping Deadlines Any orders received by us before 12:00 noon (Pacific Standard Time) will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 noon will ship within one (1) business day of receipt. We ship by UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL and numerous carriers for larger orders. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped by standard UPS Ground service. Please note that certain product that is classified HAZMAT or ORMD will not be shipped by air under any circumstances. Freight Costs We will add freight charges to the customer's invoice for all orders, unless otherwise specifically agreed to before the order is shipped. Any product that is damaged in shipping or is defective may be returned for a full refund if returned within 60 days of shipping. Non-defective merchandise returned for any reason other than mis-shipment of product, may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible to pay for the return shipping. Since 1987, Picnic Time has manufactured many of the world's finest picnic backpacks, baskets and bags. Picnic Time products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. Our warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, and does not apply to damages caused by typical wear and tear, unreasonable use, or neglect. QUALITY Every item is designed to be both attractive and durable, and made of the highest quality materials. This is why we are able to offer a limited lifetime warranty on all Picnic Time products. We use bar-tech stitching to reinforce pocket seams designed for a lifetime of use. All insulated baskets are handmade from top quality rattan, bamboo, and willow. Leather straps and metal hinges and latches add strength and functionality. All of our items pass through a three-stage quality control process to insure that your goods arrive in perfect condition. The plates, glasses, flatware and stainless steel barbecue utensils are all top rack dishwasher safe. The napkins, tablecloths and blankets are gently cycle machine washable in cold water and low heat tumble dry. The wood cutting board and wood barbecue utensils should be cleaned in soapy water after each use. Wipe the cutting board, the handles of the cheese knife, corkscrew and BBQ utensils once or twice a year with mineral oil to extend their life and preserve the natural luster of the wood. All of the products are designed to provide ample storage space for food and/or beverages. The picnic backpacks have a separate fully insulated storage compartment in the back as well as an insulated wine/drink holder on the side. The picnic coolers feature a generous main compartment and some also have an insulated wine/drink holder on the side. Thermal Shield™ Insulation will keep food and beverages the proper temperature for several hours depending on their temperature when packed and outside conditions. For those longer picnic outings, simply add a small hot/cold pack. SHIPPING The standard shipping method is UPS Ground. All shipments are from our warehouse in Hawthorne, California 90250.
